Making Money Online – The Importance of Establishing Good Relationships
Posted on | March 25, 2009 | 5 Comments
Making money on the internet is one tough journey. There are plenty of skills to learn including building sites, writing, SEO and all of the mayor and minor bells and whistles associated with it. Yet one of the most overlooked skills is that of establishing relationships. Lets face it if you go from site to site you will notice that there are not many people that are willing to help. Sadly, in the make money online niche help is almost equivalent to a sells pitch. In one of my older posts I wrote about do follow blogs and SEO. The point of that “rant” was to illustrate and hopefully get you to rethink about how you use this strategy for link building. Now to avoiding repeating the same article. I will resume it in some sentences. If a do follow blog does not allow keywords you are just wasting your time. You may get some page rank but you get almost no benefit from it when it comes to rankings. The main idea was to get you guys to reconsider how you comment on blogs.
Every blog is a whole community by itself even if you are the only commenter and the only discussion is between you and the blogger. It does not matter how big or small the potential to establishing a business relationship is there. So what can you gain by being a friends with a fellow webmaster? Some of the most important things that you can obtain from a fellow webmasters are support, online help and even links. But a true online business relationship requires some effort in your part and most of the time is giving something without expecting nothing in return. That how real friendships are made and how they are maintained.
One of the worst things in the make money online niche and the make money blogging niche is that people are more interested in becoming huge blogging celebrities and lose the social side of making an income online and by this statement I am not referring to social media traffic or any other waste of bandwidth. I mean the aspect of growing bonds with like minded individuals and succeed as a community. Not just trying to succeed as an individual, but helping others and getting helped at the same time in different aspects of the journey including motivation.
This way it would be a win-win situation instead of a rat race to see who gets on top first. When you approach a blog rethink about commenting, do not drop a comment for the sake of traffic. Share something, work that blog and become a part of the community, help when you can expecting nothing in return. Some people will only get an ego boost if you help them in some way, in fact the vast majority of them only do but others will take notice of you and help you grow too. At the end of the line, he who succeeds is the best marketer. So market yourself to others and prove that you are worthy of their ever valuable time and eventually, good things will come. Then you will succeed as an internet marketer, by building the credibility you need to get others to notice you and help you back perhaps even promote your sites to their readerships, maybe a link. The possibilities are endless.

The Site Build It Scam Controversy
Posted on | March 20, 2009 | 13 Comments
Last post was something of a rant. I blogged about how I lost time and money listening to the A listers and how much crap products I bought last year. The problem in the make money online niche is that people react like a big flock of birds. If someone promotes a product a lot of people buy it and promote even if it is in fact… A piece of shit! I have learned a lot online and as you can see from my now more down to earth language. I do not what to be or need to be an “A lister”or some big blogger. As a matter of fact I now blog for fun and to share my experiences on the online affiliate marketing world. And I concentrate my work on my other blogs that are the ones that are making me some money.
Now returning to the main topic. I want to prove what I said about the scam chain reaction on crap products. Take for example Lis’s post titled Site Build It Scam Review. In this post, Lis states that SBI is overpriced and that they are just selling a pipe dream to noobs. Now if you see the comments you will notice that there are a bunch of Site Build It users that have crap sites bash her and saying that they make a lot of money with their site.
There is a video response by Vic from Blogger Unleashed, a blog about making money online by a guy who really makes money online. Vic talks about one of those sites which is owned by one of the guys that is bashing Lis and explains why that guy is a faker. Check the video about that guy’s SBI site in this post : SBI Noobs Are Funny.
And of curse Griz’s take on the subject in : Site Build It Don’t Buy It .
Now, a single SBI site cost saround $300 dollars. Do your really need to spend that amount of money to make some extra income online? If you want to spend that amount of money starting a business online and waste your money efficiently you could register hosting for two years and get a few domains for that amount and have a lot of sites to work with. Guys, the internet is full of shit. Before deciding to buy something analyze all possible options and be careful who you take advice from. One of the basics of business administration is handling money efficiently. Don’t fall for scams. There are a lot of fake Site Build It Reviews around so watch out. Invest wisely and keep it real.

Can you Make Money Online for Free?
Posted on | March 19, 2009 | 2 Comments
Some people have arrived at the conclusion that you can’t make money online free. This is a totally false statement. First ,if you plan on earning extra income online for free there are many ways to achieve this. You do not even need a word press blog and hosting. You can use blogger blogs and make decent income. Guys I love free. If you have read most of my posts, you will notice that most of the stuff I promote on this blog is actually free. Of course there are one or two affiliate banners around that are there to take advantage of some of the search traffic and a JV here and there but most of the stuff I promote in a post is free.
Even the JVs at least have to have something free for you like some videos or at least an ebook. An example is Mini Site Profits which is free and has a ton of videos. Of course, there is an up sell but if you do not buy the paid version guess what? You still get all the videos for free. Why? Well because a lot of you are trying to make money and I understand that. Not spend it on crap. Believe me, I bought last year over 10 products. Most of them where the biggest shit I have ever seen in my life. I bought ebooks, product packages, resell rights crap, stupid and useless scripts. The only ones that I really liked and that where useful to me are Rank Tracker and Website Auditor because they saved me a butt load of time. Still, you can do most of what these software does for free but it will cost you a little more time.
For me, time is money and I have to act fast in order to make up from the time I lost reading crap from “A listers” about how to blog and how to make money online with stumble upon.
Stumble Upon makes you no money. I used it to get traffic and you know how much my clicks were worth? Nothing. Zero cent clicks. Google knows that SU traffic is crap and refuses to pay your for those clicks.
I know you guys are not looking to spend a lot of money only to get scammed. In fact, the only banners on this blog that says I recommend are Rank Tracker and Website Auditor and some crap I wrote about payed surveys which suck by the way when I first started this blog and didn’t have a clue.
The other stuff that I have promoted is free. For example, I wrote an article about spinning articles some time ago and people commented that the service was not free. Guys, that service is composed of two tools one is an article spinner that is free, the other is an article submission service that is not free. If you check the article I did not include an affiliate links. Why? Because I have only used the spinner and I submit my articles manually. If I had used the paid version of the service I might have used an affiliate link but since I don’t and I only wanted you guys to use the free spinner then I didn’t bother trying to score a sale for a service I don’t now if it works or not. And yes the spinner is free and you do not have to pay for it if you do not want to use the submission service.
If you want to make money online for free, then grab a Blogger blog find some profitable niches do some keyword research with the Adwords tool. Don’t believe me check who ranks for make money online. It is a blog by Griz about how to make money and it is a Blogger blog. Brand? What do you want Brand or money? Write, get links with good anchor text. Put Adsense, affiliate banners or affiliate links and that is it. Then get more and more links. This is the way to make money online at no cost. A boring business model right? Sorry but that is the truth.
