Do not:

• Click on your own ads :as tempting as this may sound google will find out and your account will be banned. Google is very avid at caching this type of click fraud and this includes family clicking on your ads from your computer or any computer in your home. Don’t try telling friends to click on your ads either, Google have methods to track clicks based on traffic sources. Too many clicks from a same ip will be interpreted as click fraud.

• Cloak your ads: this includes making ads not visible to users or make them appear like they are part of the content and not ads, hiding them behind images etc.

• Tell people to click on ads in anyway inside your web page.

• Alter the AdSense javascript code.

• Use click bots to click you web site.

• Tell other people how much you earn on a per click basis.

• Make pages for the sole purpose to display ads.

• Use AdSense on sites that promote violence, drugs or any other illegal activity.

• Submit pages with AdSense to traffic exchange services or any method that generates artificial traffic.

As a general rule never try to cheat Google, and remember the best way to make money with AdSense in to write quality content in your web site.
